Ocean Spray Diet Sparkling Cranberry

Sounds like a great option. I've been drinking Black Cherry Fresca lately and this sounds like a nice alternative.

I will have to try it. I take it that the sparkling nature of it isn't  an issue for us post op? Does it give you burps at all? As long as it doesnt give me gas or stretch my pouch it sounds great.

Carbonation won't stretch your pouch, but it might make you uncomfortable. It bothers some people but not others. I always pour something carbonated over ice to cut the carbonation just a bit and have no trouble with it that way.
