2 Weeks since my surgery

 Well it's been 2 weeks since my surgery and I have gone from 399 to 373. Feeling pretty good. Have had zero issues with Chicken, Turkey, salmon, or Turkey Chili. I am looking forward to the next step of moving from 3 tablesoons to 1.5 oz now. I can't stand the potassium Cholide, and the Baritric advantage vitamins really don't taste good. They seem to want to stick around in the mouth for a while.

Congrats on your weight loss. I also hate the taste of the Bariatric Advantage vitamins. I take Wal-green Multi vitamins. Thank god I have no problem swallowing pills.

Congrats! I'm 1 month out. I use childrens chewable vitamins by Centrum and they taste good! My doc says I can go back to regular vitamins now. But the chewables are like a treat to me.

How many of the centrum's do you take at one time?
