I started thinking what some of my goals are. I guess they would be more of NSV's. I do want to get healthy and get ride of my acid reflex, I'm a pre diectabic, and I have a bad right foot from surgery(which was injuryed on a treadmill, go figuer) Anyways, there are things I would love to do but never had got to do. So I will list mine and I would like to hear what yours are as well.
Be able to fit on all the rollercoaster at cedar point, go to a mall and be able to go shopping in any store, I want to be able to wear stuff from hot topic(I love punk stuff), be able to wear a dress/mini skirt and look good in it, not come home in pain from my foot because of my weight, to be able to run, to get off or at least not need my birth control to have regular periods, my biggest goal is to be able to weigh 150 keep it off and be healthy for many years to come. What about yours?

I've lost 60 (really would like to lose another 65 pounds), but a few things have been realized already.

Took a flight and did not have to ask for a seat-belt extension.
I don't have to struggle to get out of my favorite chair...makes sense as I'm pushing up fewer pounds.
My arms grew...well not literally, but I can now reach around myself to properly clean myself.
I fit better in movie and theatre seats.
I like the comments I hear as people say "You look great!".  I know I'm still obese but it feels good.
I too was heading into the pre-diabetic range.  Now my fasting blood sugar readings have dropped 10 points.
My blood pressure is generally down...taking less of 1 medication.

For me, my biggest goal is to just be healthy. Other than that, running around with my little one nieces and nephew, who are growing faster than I am willing to admit. Of course the physical goals as you described - clothes sizes, amusement parks, etc. I want to kayak!! Also to be free of the social stigma and bias of obesity, and advocate for those who are in that group. I want my success to reflect on others and help them to be healthy as well. I have already begun that journey with some of my co-workers.

At this point, my goals are to:

keep the weight off by maintaining my weight in the 145-150lb range

Continue to eat according to the rules...protein first, liquids separated from meals by at least 30 mins each side,  then eat veg/fruit and then grains/starchs last, if I have room

Continue to plan and track my meals to stay accountable, including measuring serving sizes

Continue to drink my fluids and take my vitamins

Exercise more and work towards increasing my range of motion in my arthritic hip

Reduce my dependence on protein bars...I still eat one or two a day on most days and I really want to shift to whole foods as the only source of protein.

My goal is fairly simple. I want to LIVE my life, no****ch from the sidelines as it passes me by. I do that by being healthy, fit, active, well-nourished, and continuing to set and achieve weight loss, fitness, health and personal happiness and satisfaction goals.

Above all: I AM my journey.

Those are all great goals scooby.  I'll add mine to the list:

When I started this journey:
1. Reduce or eliminate my high blood pressure and blood sugar issues... ACHIEVED
2. Reduce the stress I had on my joints due to the excess weight...ACHIEVED
3. Give me the physical ability to live a more active life style w/ reduced pain...ACHIEVED
4. Strengthen my immune system to help manage my Systemic Lupus...I'm healthier, but still struggling there.
5. Relearn healthy lifestyle habits...ACHIEVED
6. Be able to fit into "normal" sized clothing.  I would have been content to only get to a 14...ACHIEVED  I am a size 8-10 now

Now that I've lost nearly 95 lbs, I have new, more superficial goals:

1.  Surpass my doctor's pre-plastics goal of 130, by Jan 23rd
2.  Tone this up.  Would love to see some actual muscle
3.  Look hot naked :)
4.  Keep up, or better yet, outrun my husband.
5.  I don't usually give a hoot about what my sisters think; however, I'd like to show them that I'm not   the "fat sister" & actually have a small frame under all this.

I don't expect perfection in my body.  I'm nearing 40, have been overweight most of my adult life, & have health issues; however, I need to be good to my body in order for it to be good to me.

Goals:

Get under 200 pounds

then lose 100 pounds

after that  move my BMI in the normal range

then down to 140-150 pounds.  I have not been there in so long I am not sure how it will look on my frame.

Other ones are:

Wear a size 10 in jeans
Not have knee pain any longer.  Might be hard on that living in the Seattle area will all the winter rain.
Be able to go snowshoeing for the entire day.  Last winter I only did about 1 hour worth.
Look great in a swimsuit.

I brainstormed a BIG list that I can look at in the future when I need willpower. Used to go to Cedar Point all the time as a kid, so being able to ride a roller coaster again is a big deal to me also.

I want to be able to run with my toddler and get down on the floor comfortably and play with her, and be there for her for many many years.

Other less major, but still important goals? I want to take a nice relaxing bath and not feel like a whale trying to get in and out of the tub. I want to sit in a freaking restaurant booth with room to spare! And cross my legs! And wear something hot instead of jeans and a black t-shirt.

I also want to skydive!!!
