the truth about calories 2 years out
so i am 2 years out. i have recently had anxiety because i have gained some weight. i am weighing 157 to 160 and am very disappointed in myself.
i have my 2 year appt this coming friday. i will also be meeting with my certified dietician that i work with thru my insurance who is familiar with weight loss surgery. my iron is extremely low again. this we will probable check again. it dropped from 24 to 12 in 1 month
i am working out a lot. today ran 2 miles on treadmill and then walked outside 2 1/2 miles.
i am working out with a personal trainer 2 days/week.
I do eat anywhere between 1200 to 1400 calories and sometimes up to 1600 calories.
If i try to go lower then i starve and i end up eating things not good for me
and still no weight loss. ugh!!!

Don't be so hard on yourself!! It sounds like you are doing everything you are supposed to so.
