I slept late so there was a crazy line at the polling place, so I went to the gym instead. Worked out with the trainer and then did a 30 min spin class. The line was GONE at the polling place so I voted. Now facing down another 8hrs at work. When I work off, I am meeting a friend at the gym for a workout, so it's a three-fer day!
B- 1/2c skim milk
pre-trainer – ww bread, peanut butter, ½ banana
Post trainer – 1/2c light chocolate almond milk
Post spin – 1/2 c light chocolate almond milk
“L” - turkey burger (turkey patty on ww Arnold thins, provolone cheese, onions, mushrooms, pickles) and carrot / celery slices

D – egg /egg stirs , turkey bacon on a ww wrap w/ tomato and dab of mayo

Breakfast: 1 light string cheese, coffee with splenda (9g protein)
Snack: 1oz beef jerky (13goz protein)
Lunch: Salad with 1oz lettuce, 2 slices ham, 4 slices cucumber, 5 croutons 1T dressing (about 18g protein)
Snack: 1/4c dry roasted wasabi edamame (12g protein)
Dinner: 1/2 package of sweet bologna + swiss cheese cubes from Rutter's (about 19g protein)
