I eat salad dressing all the time. my favorite is the Wishbone light Tuscan Italian. I don't buy fat free dressing because I don't like the taste, and you also need some fat with all of those vegetables so you can absorb the fat soluble vitamins in the food. So if I put salsa or mustard on my salad (another fav salad dressing swap), I  add cheese or nuts with my lunch.

Huh?

Oh hell, I guess I should think about this. So far, not so good. I had a sausage biscuit. But seeing as for some strange reason I've started losing weight again despite my less than stellar choices and schedule as of late (yes, it happens to me too) I am having a hard time feeling compelled to change. I started October at 202 and I'm now 189. So there ya go.

For the rest of the day I am going to attempt to be a bit more...wise...in my food choices.

Lunch: A Click Frapp

Snack: probably just coffee

Dinner: Salad topped with lemon chicken and light honey dijon sauce OR my latest obsession: a thick slice of tomato with a smear of goat cheese and sauteed lowfat deli roast beef

Got gobs of yardwork too Peanut. Yikes!

B: scrambled eggs/turkey sausage/strawberries

L: ham/cheese unwich, beef jerky, apple
S: greek yogurt/NSA pears
D: homemade glutenfree pizza, onions, mushrooms, turkeypepperoni, fresh mozarella

Will do something cardio at the gym afterwork. Knees are kind of sore from Zumba last night, so perhaps an Express cycle session?

Tomorrow I've got about six hours of raking/yard work/outside winterization to do...looking forward to being outside -- but my shoulders are still a bit sore from last weekends rake fest! It's those dang oak trees that keep shedding their leaves into the winter!
