I ordered a sample pack from P28 bread, and I have a new love in their flatbread. There's no way I could eat a whole one, but half of one works well as a pseudo-wrap, and with 14g of protein in half of a flatbread, so worth it in my opinion. I also got a bagel and a slice of their bread to try. I'm not sure about the bagel, but maybe the bread will work? Anyone else using their products?

I used to order the P28 bread all the time - it was all I used.  I stopped because it is 130 calories a slice, and I don't "need' the help with protein.  Now I get a lower calorie whole grain bread for cheaper  :)

Several people have issues with the texture of the bread  it is dense and chewy. I am not a "texture" person, so it suited me just fine and worked  pretty well to help satisfy The Abyss (pouch)

I just got my first loaf of P28 bread and love it!   It is very dense and has the tiniest bit of proteiny flavor to it.  Toasted with peanut butter is heaven.  Nik has suggested grilled cheese, and that was OK, but the bread sort of overwhelmed the small amount of cheese I used.

Overall, the bread sits very heavy in my stomach, and I can't eat it very often.  I have wrapped it well and put in the freezer and hope it holds up for awhile because at $7.00/loaf I would hate to throw it away.
