Could it be head hunger?

Mine was the same day.  I am having trouble getting the protein in, what are you eating?

You normally will not feel hungry for a little while, i mean months. Its all in your head, you feel the need to eat something. Popsicles, sugar free hard candy, jello, pudding, broth, all help. Try the sugar free popsicles, the crunch of eating something really helps.

It is probably just "head hunger" rather than physical hunger.  It may also be your brain misinterpreting thirst as hunger.  Many people who are very overweight have a hard time interpreting the body's signals for hunger and thirst. It seems to be a byproduct of us ignoring those signals and overeating for so long.
