Stricture?

I am almost 3 months out and the last couple of days have been tough. When I eat or drink it is very uncomfortable. I have been under a ton of stress and thought it may just be that but, this morning I am having a hard time drinking water. I feel like I am going to throw up. I am not sure if it is a stricture or not?

Sounds like a stricture to me.  Call your surgeon.

Not sure what to do because it is saturday.

Try calling his office, many use a call service (mine has a nurse available 24/7) and they can get a message to your surgeon.  If you try that and there's no response, you may want to head to the ER, you do not want to get dehydrated more than I'm guessing you may already be you.
