FINALLY I GOT A DATE!!!!
So I go for my EGD scared out of my mind! I go on Friday the 25th. The surgeon said we can do it on February 18 but the 23rd and 2nd of March my daughter has gymnastics meets out of state. He said that it wouldn't be a problem....yea right what if something goes wrong. So her last meet is March 23 so March 25th make room for me on the losers bench. I do a 1 month liver shrinking diet so I hope to lose 20 lbs on that week 1 is 2 soups 1 meal I prepare and 3 shakes. The rest of the month the final 3 weeks I do 5 shakes a day.
So excited just want to get over this EGD!!! I finally also told all my friends and family via FB and everyone was so supportive. YAY

Thanks! Can I just say I love Dr Bruce. He sat with me yesterday and we talked about my concerns over when to take meds, the protein etc. He said I will be with you step by step. He said he can only do so much that I can sabotage myself so I had to make sure I was ready. He is really really nice. I can't wait to post I am done and surgery was a success!

OMG! I am thrilled for you! Finally!!! I wish you the best and yes you know there is lots of room on the bench. Last I looked at the bench, geez it goes on forever so no problem! Ok, the EGD is going to be over before you know it. So many people have had it done and will be here to support you on this. Take care! Jane
