NSV - New Sport
So I found out about a Roller Derby team in my neighborhood that was having a "Fresh Meat" intake on Sunday. I borrowed gear and skates and hit the floor for 3 hours (and 3 times come to think of it) by the end of the day my calorie count was -2365 according to the LoseIt app on my phone - LOL
It was soooo much fun but hard work! Though I'm a long way off from becoming a Derby Girl, I've bought my own gear and am committing to go out to all the Sunday skates. My goal is to work up to skating to work each morning instead of taking transit.
Curious, what sport did you discover after weight-loss?
I discovered running after RNY; did my first Half last December, training for my next half in March and then on to my first Full Marathon this fall!!

LMAO - I have a friend who swears but spinning. I'm focusing on free exercise at the moment ;)
