Update time***
It's been a while, and for that I apologize. I have just been keeping myself so busy. But here is a quick update on me. Had surgery on 10/15/12 and I have gone from 403 lbs. to 267 lbs. as of Monday(36 lbs. were lost before surgery). Gym workouts were derailed from overdoing it and severely pulling one of my biceps, so its back to walking until its healed. Getting in all my vitamins, liquid, and proteins. Experimenting more with food/recipes because I have to have variety. Hope everyone is doing well, and I promise to try and be more active on here! If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask and I will help as well as I can. TTFN!

It is difficult to find and accept the need for a balance between working out and recovery. Good job on sticking to it.
