The scale didn't move for 3 weeks, and finally it happened!! I am 198 lbs. this morning!! WONDERLAND! I have not been here for 19 years! I feel so great. (I wanted to be under 200 lbs by my b-day, which was yesterday! - a belated b-day gift is always welcome!)
