running up the stairs at work, rather then looking (and being) the out of shape person waiting for elevator to go up to floors... I love love love that i can just run up the stairs many times a day with out thinking twice about it, and not being one single bit out of breath

wrap a towel completely around me and be covered; paint my toenails, tie my sneakers so the bow is in the middle; quit eating when I'm satisfied; Zumba; plyometrics; walk forever; know what size will fit off the rack; two words: skinny jeans; wear shoes with backs; sexy lingerie (and look good in it); yoga; climb stairs without ever getting winded; enjoy small tastes of things; be a cheap date (food wise); sit comfortably in any chair; sit comfortably on the floor with no chair; do a full roll-up; pilates; run; run 5Ks; bike; say no to food; not worry about aches and pains; slide into a booth; slide out of a booth; cartwheels; look good clothed; enjoy my fitness; enjoy my life; and live fully and completely everyday!
So many things I can do now...but the one thing I realized over this past weekend- I played basketball with my daughter!!! and actually was jumping! My daughter brought tears to my eyes when she said- "MOM- you can jump now!!!" It made my heart melt. I felt wonderful getting out there and actually playing with her. I would have never been able to do that before. WOW, what 95 lbs off of a person can do! Amazing!
