There are a bunch.  But if we are being candid...let's just say the *ahum* extra curricular activities with the hubby :)

running up the stairs at work, rather then looking (and being) the out of shape person waiting for elevator to go up to floors... I love love love that i can just run up the stairs many times a day with out thinking twice about it, and not being one single bit out of breath

I love to go shopping and find something I like and then look for my size (which is now 8/med) instead of finding my size (was 24/3X) and settling on what I could find!

wrap a towel completely around me and be covered; paint my toenails, tie my sneakers so the bow is in the middle; quit eating when I'm satisfied; Zumba; plyometrics; walk forever; know what size will fit off the rack; two words:  skinny jeans; wear shoes with backs; sexy lingerie (and look good in it); yoga; climb stairs without ever getting winded; enjoy small tastes of things; be a cheap date (food wise); sit comfortably in any chair; sit comfortably on the floor with no chair; do a full roll-up; pilates; run; run 5Ks; bike; say no to food; not worry about aches and pains; slide into a booth; slide out of a booth; cartwheels; look good clothed; enjoy my fitness; enjoy my life; and live fully and completely everyday!

The first thing that came to mind was taking the four mile hike up Mission Peak.
But there are too many... Wearing heels, fitting in a booth, running, jumping, tying my shoes, fitting in a regular bathroom stall....so many!

There are so many things. But my favorite is bending over to pick up something off the floor and not feeling like the fat inside my body is being shoved upwards and suffocating myself!!!

So  many things I can do now...but the one thing I realized over this past weekend- I played basketball with my daughter!!! and actually was jumping! My daughter brought tears to my eyes when she said- "MOM- you can jump now!!!" It made my heart melt. I felt wonderful getting out there and actually playing with her. I would have never been able to do that before. WOW, what 95 lbs off of a person can do! Amazing!

My biggest accomplishment so far has been to run after my grandchildren. I was always the grandma that sat on the side doing nothing but cheering them on,now i run with tham. I also am glad that i can tie my shoes while bending over before i always wore slip on shoes.
