not absorbing medicine at times???

so i had the stomach bug Monday.  just diarhhea and chills.   No throwing up. Tuesday stomach still hurt, diarrhea.  Today i feel like i havent taken my medicine in 2-3 days. 

do you ever have days where you don't feel like you absorbed your medications.  1 pill i take has worked pretty good for anxiety but this week i have been very stressed and feel like i have had no medication.  this has happened before.  just happened to be more apparent today. my supervisor about killed me because i was stressing so bad.

Diarrhea can affect absorption of medication if everything travels too quickly through the intestinal tract.
