First post...surgeon consult questions

This is my first post but I have been reading the forum for months. I have done my six months of nutrition classes, psych evaluation and all tests needed.  Tomorrow is my consult with the surgeon ( first time meeting him except for seminar).  I know all surgeons are different but what should I expect from the visit?  a physical exam, does he talk me through the process?  How long does it take and what do I need to ask him? I have a list of questions but would love any suggestions.  Also, I do know this is the appointment when I get my surgery date, the receptionist said it is usually 2-3 weeks for a date... So close. 

How many surgeries has he done?
Has he ever lost a patient?
Has he ever been sued for malpractice?
How long does the surgery take?
How long will you be in the hospital?
Does he use drains? If so how long will they be in?
Do you have a pre op diet? How long?
That's all I can think of off the top of my head cuz it's late and I'm deleriously sleepy! But google him too!
