How has today been?
I found it to be very difficult. I thought it would be easy but it wasn't. Overall a good day, eating wise, but emotional struggle. Just wondering how everyone else did.
I'm scheduled for RNY 4/22/13, so I'm still preop. Uhg, it's been hard. I'm a sugarholic so it's been difficult, but it's almost over.

Lots of food but did not bother me at all...focused on what I needed to do, ate my plan and got up and started cleaning the kitchen while everyone was eating. That took my mind of things. No sweets for me...
