I found it to be very difficult.  I thought it would be easy but it wasn't.  Overall a good day, eating wise, but emotional struggle.  Just wondering how everyone else did.

Today was pretty good.  Low key with my family, actually had chili for dinner so I did not have to,deal with the traditional Easter dinner stuff.  I am a little over 3 weeks out and dealing with hormonal changes and emotions as well.

I'm scheduled for RNY 4/22/13, so I'm still preop. Uhg, it's been hard. I'm a sugarholic so it's been difficult, but it's almost over.

It was hard for me as well.  So many things I wanted to dig into and had to just walk away and leave it alone.  But you know what?  We did it and we will be okay!!  We just have to hang in there!!

II am 7 months post op and I made the conscious decision to have a "cheat day" today. I made sure to get my protein in but I also allowed myself a roll with a little butter, a handful of jelly beans and 2 tiny mini Snickers. I have been adhering to my 850 self-set calorie limit 99% of the time, and I figured one day at 1100 calories wouldn't kill me. I was satisfied and I am no longer craving those items so I am calling today a win lol.

Today was a great day. For me, Easter signifies new beginnings. My weight loss surgery gave me a new life and for that I am forever grateful.

My whole family came over today. We had an Easter egg hunt, had brunch, and smashed confetti eggs. I ate a ton today and it's OK. I eat whatever I want to on special occasions. One day did not make me obese...

Today was a great day...Here in Texas started out with a little rain in the morning but could not have ask for a better Easter with family and friends. Lots of food but did not bother me at all...focused on what I needed to do, ate my plan and got up and started cleaning the kitchen while everyone was eating. That took my mind of things. No sweets for me...
