CURVY WOMEN !!!!!! MY HIPS ARE STILL HUGE
I am a very curvy woman. My hips are wider than my waist. I actually have pants that will fit my thighs and not my WAIST.. I started off at 285 and now down to 202 and i am almost 5 months post op. My thighs are huge and it seems like they won't buge and also they just so jiggly. I CALL THEM TT WHICH MEANS THUNDER THIGHS .....I work out 4-5 times a week. I do 50 min on elliptical, 60 triceps extension, squats, leg press, abdominal curls, leg curls and lunges. What am i doing wrong I AM SO SICK OF CELLULITE!!! I eat good also. ,,,,, I drink one protein drink a day and the rest is meat and veggies and my snacks are fruit
I remember looking at myself in the mirror a few months ago and being surprised by my wide hips and large thighs. In all the years of being SMO I forgot what my shape was.
You're not doing anything wrong. Lots of women lose from the top down, so the weight comes off the arms and chest first. Keep on chugging. You are doing well with your progress and your fitness. Exercise doesn't cure cellulite, which most women have.

Hi, I to had the same problem,I was so depress, then a friend explain what I was doing wrong.He started out with sitting on the floor with my legs out in front and lifting them one at a time about seven inches off floor ten time an work your way up to 30 once aday. take your time it can be painful but in two -- three weeks you will see and feel different . most work outs work great when u use your on body weight.. kicks from back the side. and laying on your back in bed riding your bike.their are several you can do in bed.just continue to work below the waist u will see different.I wish u the best of luck it works
I am bottom heavy too. Baby got back.... and no boobs left ;-)
We were just built that way. Thank God for Lane Bryant Blue Color fit jeans... or a seamstress to take in the waist.
