Hi-ho, hi-ho, off to the ER I go. Damn kidney stones! UPDATED
I was supposed to see the urologist yesterday, but had a work meeting I could not miss, so the next available appt (for the urologist I don't like, anyway) is next week. Problem is, I am now in horrible pain and am down to my last 2 Vicodin, so I am waiting for my ride to the ER. PLEASE don't let them be busy!!!
Ok, repeat after me... NO Toradol, because it IS an NSAID.
Ow, ow, ow!
Lora
UPDATE - ER not very busy so they got me pretty quick and since I had been there before with kidney stones they gave me pain meds as soon as accessed ultrasound report showing stones in both kidneys. I told them no Toradol and didn't even have to argue about NSAID. They did CT and I passed stone there so they can test. Have script for 2 days of Vicodin if I need after Dilaudid wears off.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Lora, I'm so sorry for your pain! And needless to say, you won't be in group tonight...
Hope you feel better soon!
