I was told by my nutritionist that is whatever a patient can tolerate and like. I like premier protein. I LOVE EAS Advantedge!!!
I drink Premier all the time and have since the beginning. My nutritionist doesn't have a problem with me drinking those at all. :) I like chocolate and I like vanilla. I wish Costco had the Strawberry! hahahaha I've been dying to try that one.
