Serious stomach troubles today..... TMI

Today I have been having serious stomach troubles today. Every time I eat I get these like stabbing pains in the pit of my stomach then the pains get worse then I have diarrhea. The my stomach bothers me all day. It doesn't matter what I eat today everything causes my stomach to get these nasty pains. Even if I don't eat I still get these sharp toppling over stabbing pains in the pit of my stomach. Something in my stomach feels like its eating at something cause there is this like nagging ache in the pit of my stomach as well. The diarrhea, The sharp stabbing pains, The weird ache feeling in my stomach, I am not sure what's wrong with me. I don't feel well today, but it doesn't feel like a stomach virus or anything like that. I just don't feel great today. What should I do? (Surgery was 2 months ago btw)

Call your surgeon. Are you on a PPI?

We had surgery the same day. Same thing happened to me but it was a lose staple in my pouch. Call your surgeon don't wait. That's what they are there for.
