Anybody else get hiccups/burps when your pouch is getting full?

I never did this before- I am 9 weeks out post-op.

I try and stop eating right before I get my "full feeling burp". It's not a normal burp, I can tell the difference. If I eat that once last bite and get my full burp feeling, I'm uncomfortably full.

I get the burps too.  Even though it doesn't sound lady like, i lets me know to drop the fork.

I do too when I've eaten to much. I always try to stop before getting to that point.

I get one hiccup when I'm full...not overly full, just done. I know when to slow down and when I hiccup, I know I'm done.

Oh! I will have to star****ching myself & see if I am eating too fast- that may be happening. It's hard when you eat with "normal" people (we gotta make up a nick-name for them!) & how fast they eat- I think we forget.

I have to get back to 30 minutes meal-time- EVERY meal! Even if it means I am sitting alone at the table- I can bring my Kindle & read! I

My nose runs too when I am  full and I notice the hiccups more often now.  Maybe I need to slow down?

I burp like crazy after every meal, whether I eat slowly or not, whether I'm full or not. I know to stop when it starts, which is sometimes after only two bites. Frustrating!

Athlynne-

You & I are about the same time outpost-op- I wonder if this just gets better with time?  Are you full after 2 bites?
