one of my goals has been reached

After my starting weight of 390 pounds i am now under 300. My latest weigh in is 299.7. I dont even care its that close to 300 i only see the first number 2 .....so happy

thank you thank you  its been  long 4 months but recently hiring a personal trainer at the gym has really gotten me motivated
