I'm glad to see that you have "joined the team" rather than working against it.  Finding success is everything that you know plus change.  Changing your mind-set on rules you have to follow is winning the battle of weight control.  

Gosh, that is so true!  I had to read it a few times, as it's way past my bedtime, but that makes so much sense!  Will have to remember your wise words.

It's hard to get going, but honestly once I get up and out there...it's like a drug.  So much more energy afterwards.
