Has anyone tried these? I have been having trouble with the thickness of regular protein so I'm thinking these might be good. How do these taste??

I tried a few of them, and for me they didnt taste right. So I did the protein ice ones, or unflavored medical grade protein, mixed with SF hot cocoa. It really is a try it and see kind of thing. Some people love them others cant stand the smell. Heck I think I have 3 or 4 that I have never opened just cant stomach the smell.

Do you mean the 20 oz. bottles that have 40 g of protein? If so, they're okay. I like the Alpine Punch best. I drink it over ice with a little cherry/ blackberry Mio added. They are a change from the "milkshake" type of protein drinks. I never thought I'd be sick of "milkshakes" , but I got tired of them quickly.

Hope this helps!

Yep I'm talking about those. After surgery I've had the hardest time drinking the milky ones. I'm trying to alpine punch right now and I think I'm stomaching this! Thank The Lord!!

I find that the Syntrax Nectar is easily mixed with water and so isn't thick. For me it also helps that they are juice-like flavours instead of the regular chocolate/vanilla etc.

I think they are disgusting.  Someone would have to PAY me to drink one.  I like the Cytomax Pure Performance protein drink.  Same nutritional stats, but taste MUCH better than the Isopure and don't leave your tongue feeling weird.  The Isopure Smoothies, on the other hand, which are a little thicker than the water but not as thick as other RTD protein shakes, are really good.

if you are making your own protein shakes with powder, why not just add more milk/water to make them thinner??

When I initially tried them...DID NOT LIKE. But guess what I have an entire case of in my trunk right now? Yep...Isopure RTD!

The Passionfruit is by far my favorite, followed by Grape Frost and Icy Orange.

I keep them in my fridge, office, trunk, yoga bag, pantry. It is GREAT to pour over a cup of ice on the go and it took me a while to enjoy the taste, so don't give up after one. COLD is the trick. Warm, they make me want to gag.

I hate hate hate Isopure rtd. I gagged after every sip and whey doesn't usually bother me. People looked at me funny when I drank them at work. I tried every flavor and hated them all.
