Sooo I weighed myself 3 days post op

I weighed more after my c-section than I did before it. You'd think I'd weigh less after having a a nearly 10lb baby and all that fluid,,, wrong!! I retained so much fluid that the doctor had to give me a diuretic. I lost 26lbs in a week,,, all fluid! There's something about surger and anethesia that does something to make you retain it. I expect that I will probably swell after my roux en y in a couple of weeks too.
