Pouch convulsions

I am 11 months out and have not had much in the way of food I can't tolerate. However in the past couple of weeks I have had 3 or 4 episodes where it feels like my pouch is convulsing. I can't pinpoint it to a particular food. Has anyone had this before? Does it sound like anything I should be concerned about? Or is it just one of those pouch idiosyncrasies? It doesn't hurt. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, contact your surgeon.  I haven't heard of that in the six years I have been on here...

Thanks I will. Maybe convulsions is too strong of a word. It is kind of like a throbbing or pulsing.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

That happened to me four weeks out after my first (and last) glass of milk. It felt like contractions. Horribly strange! Start logging your food so you can figure out what is causing it!
