You do know that tuna is fish, right? ;)
Swordfish and halibut are my two faves!
Scallops are great, too!

I only eat wild caught fish and only from USA waters. I eat 3 times a week salmon baked broiled it s very good source of Omega 3 fat you need. sprinkle with a little salt pepper herbs or lemon broil a few minutes and it is so delicious.
Haddock is good to but remember wild caught and never from a farm special not from Vietnam and China.
you can eat any kind of fish is very healthy
I don't digest red meat well and dry meat Chicken breast and Turkey so i eat more Fish and sometimes pork tenderloin
I love salmon either baked with onions, lemon slices, olive oil and a touch of butter. You can put a dab of salsa on the top as you bake it if you like salsa. Dill Weed goes nicely with salmon. DH loves salmon patties. I dice fresh salmon and add celery, onion, dab of horseradish/mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, one egg, and last night I threw in some left over rice. You can bake them in the oven or on the stove top with olive oil. Delicious.
I have cod that I thought I would do the same but mix in some shrimp. Never tried it but it can't be bad.
