Should I be able to eat a whole small chilli from Wendy's at only 6 weeks out?

I could it's also a slider food so most likely everyone can.

Ok good. I'm so freaked out about stretching my pouch :(

For me I cannot. I add their sour cream and saltines sometimes though. I can eat anywhere from 1/2 to a little bit more. I am 5.5 months post op

I was in a pinch for lunch the other day and went to Wendy's.  I got the chili but was a bit disappointed with the lack of meat.  I've had it quite awhile ago and remember it being more chunky.  Nothing stays the same.

That's why my doctor stresses measuring food. If you eat the measured amount you don't have to worry about that. I am one year out and still measure my food at home. How much are you supposed to be eating according to your doctor?

my current intake is no comparison, but when I was 6 weeks out I was still on a mush diet and could only consume about half of a bowl without feeling sick, however my Doc made my pouch very small

Another thing that is constantly forgotten is everyone's pouch size is different. It all depends on current weight, how much needs to be lost, and how much the dr feels it will stretch over time

Just because you CAN doesn't necessarily mean you SHOULD. I'm not just referring to chili, but many foods along this journey. As another poster said, that's why you should measure your portions.

Even at 6 years out, I don't eat a whole small one.  I probably COULD, if I pushed it, but I don't need to since 2/3 of one (with one package of crackers, admittedly) fills me up quite nicely.

ETA: So, my answer would be that, no, you SHOULDN'T be able to eat that much at 6 weeks out.
