Everything will be okay! I had surgery on Monday... I was hysterical but its really not that bad!!! They give ya good drugs when it gets the painful make sure you walk alot...

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.

All the best. You will do fine. If you are very uncomfortable remember it will be better really soon. The first day is not what it'll feel like tomorrow or the next day. Try and walk whenever you can but not alone. Good luck. Oh and don't get on the scale after surgery . It's depressing when you may show a gain. Stay positive.
