Yeah, I have had a cryo-sleeve for a couple of years now. You just have to keep re-lifting the cooler to force fresh ice water into the sleeve (which, you are correct, is MUCH simpler than having to get new frozen ice packs (especially since I have to go up and down 5 stairs to get to the kitchen!).  I have that on my knee and have the sleeve with ice packs they used at the hospital on my calf and ankle.

WIshing you a speedy recovery.   I don' understand why they can't just look at the records.  FRUSTRATING.
