Snack: 1 piece of thin toast with PB

L: Cheese steak with mushrooms (no bread)

D: Chicken Alfredo with mushrooms, and veggies No pasta for me but made it for the family.

Snack: Most likely Greek yogurt.

B- Boathouse Farms Protein + Chocolate and Zeal Welleness nutrionial drink/supplement

L- Lean Cuisine (Plum Ginger Grain-Crusted Fish)

Snack- 1 protein ball (recipe ohsheglows.com -as protein BARS, but I rolled into balls for smaller portions)

Dinner- planning on leftover Pork & Quinoa "Fried Rice" (recipe on SheKnows.com -really good!!)

Breakfast - coffee with milk. Protein shake

snack - cheese stick and dark chocolate covered almonds

lunch - mixed nuts and small apple

snack - 1/2 protein bar

dinner - meatballs with sauce and mozzarella. Cheese. (Family gets the pasta and garlic bread)

It is pathetic how hard I had to think to remember what I ate just earlier today LOL

French onion soup

(snitched a fried mozzarella stick from DS)

salad with bacon, dried cherries, cheese and light rasp vinaigrette dressing

PB and NSA jam open face on one slice toast

mini candy bar (really small)   I have one most days

B - black cherry Greek yogurt and half a small banana

S - jalapeño string cheese stick

L - half a turkey and Swiss cheese sandwich (on one piece of Italian bread)

S1 - a cup of 2% milk and 2 small Danish butter cookies 

S2 - half a serving of cashews and a light Babybell cheese

D - tuna noodle casserole (yes, with the noodles... I just did not eat all of them)

S - 1/4 C of Strawberry Haagen Dazs ice cream

before bed I will have another cup of milk

Wow Lora, I had black cherry greek yogurt for breakfast and a Jalapeno cheese stick for snack also lol!!

Most days I would have a second snack during the day, but yesterday was just too busy!!
