Time since surgery - 19 months

Breakfast - protein powder(syntrax matrix chocolate) with too much coffee and coconut almond milk

Snack - none

Lunch - 1 cup beef vegetable curry

Snack - boiled egg/raw carrots/creamy Italian dressing

Dinner - pork tenderloin and bacon garlic sautéed spinach

5 1/2 months post op - reached first goal and decided to lose another 10lbs.
Walk/Run - 30 minutes
B - 3 Foster Farms Meatballs - 14g protein, 140 cal
L - Boca Spicy Meatless Chicken Patty - 12g protein, 140 cal.
L - 2 c Skinny Pop popcorn - 1g protein, 78 cal.
D - 4 oz. Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Strips - 29g protein, 147 cal
D - Spinach salad w/ 1 TBS Almond Accents and balsamic vinegar - 4g protein, 100 cal.
May have a protein bar for snack. So far, total 60 g protein.

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

Breakfast - Chike protein shake with Torini sugar free syrup (German Chocolate Cake) + peanut butter powder & chia seeds

Lunch - 2 oz steak strips I cooked at home on my break

Dinner - my night out; 3 oz fresh grilled rockfish over a bed of mushrooms and onions and kale + a bite of my friend's cheesecake (meh)

All vitamins taken and I don't think that cheesecake is agreeing with me    Tomorrow's my hard workout - 90 min of running, spinning and weights followed by an hour of lap swim drills (yay) .... followed by an hour at the laundromat (yuck)
