What's on the menu today, RNY-ers?

It's been a while since I started this thread, but it seemed that some of you liked seeing what others are eating so I will try to do it periodically :)

Time since surgery: 2 days shirt of six weeks

B: a trader joes lite mild cheddar cheese stick  (7 g of protein)

S: 16 oz of water with fruit punch crystal light and half a scoop of vanilla protein powder whisked in (13 g of protein)

L: 3 oz of trader joes balsamic vinegar grilled chicken breast with a tbsp of grilled onions and 1 oz of herb goat cheese melted on it (22 g of protein)

D: TBD I'm going out with friends in Baltimore

E: nothing more than walking, but have a gym date tkmorrow

V: on track!

I'm almost 5 years out......in maintenance, at goal, no regain

1st breakfast:  1 slice raisin toast with butter and a Chobani yogurt

2nd breakfast: 4 oz leftover NY strip steak

Lunch: Lean Cuisine chicken alfredo (I can eat the whole thing now), 2 York Peppermint patties

Snack: 2 clementines

Dinner: Beef burrito (homemade) with beef, beans, sc, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa and cheese

and I will also have some wine this evening

no exercise today, will run tomorrow (long run)

All vits will be consumed before bedtime

Your line about 2nd breakfast made me think of Lord of the Rings...

Pippin: We've had one, yes. What about second breakfast? 
[Aragorn turns and walks off in disgust
Merry: I don't think he knows about second breakfast, Pip. 
Pippin: What about elevenses? Luncheon? Afternoon tea? Dinner? Supper? He knows about them, doesn't he? 
Merry: I wouldn't count on it.

Breakfast -- 1/2 egg foo young patty with 1 T gravy. (7g protein)

Snack- string cheese, tangelo (7 gr protein)

Lunch - 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c fresh fruit 22 Grams of protein

Snack- Greek yogurt 12 grams of protein

Dinner- small grilled or broiled lean pork chop, a couple of steamed asparagus spears with a little olive oil and sea salt (20 grams of protein)

Snack (optional) protein hot cocoa (sugar free). (22 grams of protein)

Total protein for day 94 Grams if I do protein hot cocoa.

E; Scheduled day off. ( I did double yesterday!)

V: On track

Hey DcGirl!!! I've missed this thread!!!!

Time since surgery: 1 yr almost 3 weeks

B: Protein coffee, 2 slices Turkey bacon, 1 boiled egg

L: 1/2 cup chicken salad with 1/8 cup shredded cheese

S: 1/3 cup Roasted Chick Peas made with Splenda and Cinnamon

D: 1/3 cup Chicken salad wrap made with 1/2 flatbread wrap, 2 slices tomatoes, 1 tbsp mustard, 1/8 cup shredded cheese

E: Me and my love have a date at the gym tomorrow

W/V: On target

Totals: Calories 913, Protein 82 grams, Carbs 42 grams, Fats 49 grams

dinner: black bean burger and veggies

snack : I am going to try making kale chips

Exercise: 30 minutes core

60 minutes weights

Breakfast - Nutella protein shake (from Bariatric Foodie's protein shake book)

Snack - Mini Baby Bel Light

Lunch - Ham roll up with light Pepperjack cheese, 1/2 banana

Snack - Fage greek yogurt with fruit
