Great progress! Keep it up!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Congratulations!  I am so excited for you, you sound soo happy and excited.  It's a great feeling, thanks for sharing it!

Best of luck with the rest of it!  (I hesitate saying that, because I know it's not luck.  It's dedication and planning and perserverance that got you this far, and it's what will get you the rest of the way.  In fact, they ought to change the definition of Luck to: "to prosper or succeed, usually through hard work, dedication, and perserverance, but generally thought to be chance or good fortune.")
