3 year surgiversary

Today's my 3 year surgiversary! Weight (last I checked, maybe a few days ago) was 130.6lbs. Pretty much maintaining for a hot second.... but, man, my life-quality is thru the ROOF!!!

 

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

Congrats on your surgiversary. What do you mean maintaining for a 'hot second'? 3 years is a looong time - I can only work that hard to maintain my weight loss - I would be ecstatic. You look fantastic.

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs

You look amazing my dear! Isn't it amazing how much your quality of life has changed?! I wish I could run like you but I have knee replacements and that's a big no no. I did do the relay for life last night and lapped all the college kids though. I don't think that's to bad for a 54 year old!
