You look great! So happy for you. I had RNY about 3and 1/2 years ago and have had great success as well. I'm working on a web site for those considering weight loss surgery or people who have ha it and need a little encouragement. I have a before and after page I just started and it would be so inspirational for others to see your before and after photos. Would love it if you would post them there along with a little about your weight loss journey........  Thanks and continued success.

Training for a ton of stuff - - doing my 7th Half-Marathon in a couple weeks (Nike Women's Half.... finisher's medals are Tiffany necklaces and we're greeted by hot DC firefighers. Well worth the lottery entrance and high entrance fee!), then my first major trail distance event (North Face trail Half-Marathon) in June, then probably a couple more Halfs during marathon training program this summer - - leading up to my 2nd Marine Corps Marathon in October! Yep, my running-dance-card is filling up! My trail friends are also ultramarathoners and they might keep working on me to do a 50-miler in November..... might have to submit myself to a psych eval if I agree to that!

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

I think I'd like to do a big marathon. But wow that's so far!!

I'm training for my first half-ironman and I'm doing another full in the fall, hoping to qualify for Boston. Who would have thought this three years ago? Right? :)

Congratulations!  You look AMAZING (and are obviously in good physical health to do all the running you do). !

So glad to hear everything is still going good...always nice to hear of stories older than mine. You look awesome.
