Pill organizer
I used to use a very inexpensive organizer with two compartments per day (for morning and evening). Now I only use one that has just one compartment per day and I just don't put my second multivitamin or any of my calcium in it. Everything else I take at one time.
I initially found that the best way for me to get used to taking them was to set phone reminders for the calcium doses. Now I time them to go along with my meals: a dose of Upcal D powder in my morning SF hot chocolate or right before I eat my mid morning snack, then one before I eat my lunch, and one before dinner. I have a 4th dose shortly before bed. That dose is a creamy bite as a "dessert" (I really enjoy them so it is usually easy to remember), but in case I forget it, I have a bottle of calcium capsules on the washstand next to my bed and I take the final dose before I crawl into bed.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
I use two of these - http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000M29NZY/ref=mp_s_a_1_25?qid =1406301667&sr=8-25&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70
I take my pills I four doses since I have to take the three calciums and iron separately. I set my pills up every other week and put everything except for my b12 in the organizers. The b12 was getting... moist. It's better if I leave it in the original bottle.
I keep the organizers on the side table in my dining room and, before I go to bed when I take my iron/vitamin C compartment I swap today's strip with tomorrow's strip on the dining table. That way I see it when I wake up. (I take my pills at breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I only eat at this table.)
This has worked out really well for me and the compartments in the organizers I use are large enough for the bariatric advantage calcium chews as well as everything else I take.
When I travel I just pop out the strips for the days I need and put each in an individual snack size ziplock in case anything pops open.

I use this AM/PM one I got on amazon when I was ordering vitamins. Its bulky, but everything fits in there, I like the separate spaces for day and night, and its hard to miss on my counter, so I don't forget.

I use one that holds day and night for 2 weeks. You can remove a one day section to take with you if leaving for the day. Do not remember where I got- maybe cvs? I use the iPhone app Dosecast to remind me of the calcium or any extra meds I may be on. The others I take mornings and after evening meal.
