I have been lucky to not experience anything like this, but from what I've heard there isn't much you can do but wait for it to pass.  If walking makes you feel better then by all means do so.  I hope you feel better soon!

Thanks y'all. I've thrown up a couple more times. Only mucus. Where the heck did the offending substance go so fast?  I'm thirsty so I had a little bit of a sf Popsicle but that came out my nose!  It's really pretty over here!

at least I know it's all working. I was starting to wonder. Should have known something was up when the total for my dinner was $6.66. :-0

I was going to suggest lying down but I'm not sure...I hope you're feeling better now.

Thanks so much you guys!  The only thing that helped at all was to upchuck, walking seemed to bring that on. Felt better having yall to talk to while this was going on. Thank so much! Now just waiting a good long bit for some much needed fluids.

This is for the next time - it sounds like you had a 'dumping' syndrome. Usually, the best thing to do is lie down.... :-/

When my body reacts to a poor food choice, I usually feel much better if I can just stand in a hot shower for a while, it seems to relax the worst of it.  I then can lay down (and yes I do keep a bucket close at hand, just in case).  It's likely to happen again as you learn what works for you and what doesn't.  And of course it's the reason everyone says not to try anything new when you are eating out (and I did that one too, oh my goodness!!)

Hope you are feeling better by now, good luck!
