What does eating feel like for you?

are you eating and drinking at the same time? I was told this was a big no-no.  I had a lap band for 7 years and drinking with my food would usually get me "stuck".  With my new bypass, I was told this was a rule that I will still have to follow (im still on post-op liquids)

Dr told me to chew 100 to 200 times per mouthful. i know it sounds crazy but it fixed the issue. I woule chew and nod forever.
