Goal!!
Hi all! It's been a minute! Life has taken over and I have not been on this forum for many months. Soooo sorry...just thought I would touch base and let you all know that I am doing extremely well and as of April 2 I had my one year anniversary of my gastric bypass surgery. I have hit goal of 185 pounds and doing great! Could not have got there especially in the beginning without you all, I have soooo much love!

Congrats to you for all the hard work!!! I am a newbie (10 days out) and this site has been such a support I am so glad that everyone here is so willing to share and encourage eachother!! I am single and I have a 17 year old son. So being alone on this journey was something that frightened me a little. But I don't feel alone at all since finding OH. Keep up the good work!!!
