For anyone who has switched to vitamin patches

I know that it was reccomennded that I take two multivitamins a day but I am switching to the patch should I keep up that standard and use two patches?

HW/217 1st apt/202 SW/191 CW/115

1st goal:140 @9months

2nd goal:130 @11months

3rd goal:115 @16months

These patches bypass your digestive system and you would only need one.

Make sure you get tested to see your vitamins levels. 

I still need B12, my calcium went down, so I need more calcium, need more B1, vit K and A... And D.. 

I use patches, and even added but sand calcium...  but still take some pills.

I take one patch but like others stated I have to add the vitamin d and b12.
