mine too! So easy to portion and control my eating! I just bought another four-pack of them yesterday since a couple of mine broke (either from us dropping them or the cats knocking them off the counter!)

Oh yeah, the small plates and utensils! When I eat at someone else's house and have to use full size, my plate looks so sad!

Mornin' Weekenders!

Headed to the pool in a few for an aqua fit class. It's been awhile! Otherwise, I hope to finish up reading through my trust documents today and....not sure what else. Feeling pretty caught up with things, thankfully! I may do a little cleaning. My brother's coming on Tuesday to house- and cat-sit for us while I'm having surgery, although he's not a neat freak, so I'm not too worried about what the house looks like (and it's not too bad, actually...)

QOTD: 1) coming here to OH every day. It helps keep me focused on my weight and food 2) logging my food 3) weighing/measuring certain foods, like meat

3 years 2 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt, homemade blueberry rhubarb sauce

MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein latte shake

L: cottage cheese - or 2 T peanut butter on very thin bread

AS: L&F yogurt or crustless protein pumpkin pie

D: an ear of corn and some kind of protein

oddly, I'm not nervous at all - just more than ready to get rid of all this awful stomach skin!! Who knows how I'll feel by the end of the week - or as I'm being rolled into the OR!

Good morning! I'm up and getting ready to get on the road soon on my way to spend the weekend with my son, can't wait to see him! Still I feel the need to be on here and ever mindful of my goals and my plan. Which leads perfectly to the QOTD.

QOTD - My ability to succeed is basically accountability. This is in the form of OH, MFP, daily weigh-ins, planning ahead, being ridgid when I need to and yet flexible (so I don't give in). Always having a plan b. Surrounding myself with supportive people. It's everything really. It's literally the first and last thing I think about everyday. It's taken me longer to get to goal than it should have through a lot of person highs and lows but I'll never give up!!

Accountability - GREAT

20 mo post op - 160.1

b-coffee x 2, yogurt

l-lettuce wrapped chicken

d- TBD - protein

es - yogurt

v/l - on track

Have a wonderful weekend!

Morning pouch pals!! I've been up since WAY to early, if she'd my run by 7 and dressed. Headed to the mechanic only to be told they are booked till 11 (but not a single car was being serviced...hmm). Rescheduled for Monday since I'm off. I'm gonna head to the mall today to step up my work clothes game and start back to school shopping for the kids. It seems so weird that I've been a 'normal' size for so long that I'm ready to purge normal sized clothes.

Qotd: habits that I feel make me successfull in maintaining where I'm comfortable: tracking in my fitness pal every single day; Exercise consistently using a routine I enjoy; being a creature of habit- I don't mind the same breakfasts, lunches etc- makes it easy to hit nutrition goals and stay on plan, staying connected to the WLS community-- but being wise enough to know what is useful for me/my lifestyle vs. what is not.

215 today, 3.3 years out

m1: egg, cheese stick, ham

m2: protein bar

m3: bourbon chicken chunks

m4: baked chicken parmigiana
