Good morning~ Last night was fun, we had a huge turn out of trick or treaters and didn't run out of candy - we were prepared this year! There is a ton left over too. It was easy to stay away from it now that I know I dump and get RH. I even looked in the candy bowl this morning - no reaction.
QOTD - The only one I can think of was from the 80's, The Fools - a band from Boston. I was a huge fan and saw them play a few times. I wore out several cassettes too! Now, the only one I can think of that has had some fame but isn't mainstream is David Gray. I'm a huge fan of him.
Accountability - great! I keep eating the same food over and over again. Lately it's mostly due to needing soft food due to my invisalign brace/teeth pain but honestly I just really love my menu.
23+mo out - 153.1
b-coffee x 2, L&F greek yogurt
l-albacore tuna w/SG balsamic
d- eggbeaters w/salsa
es non fat greek w/torani frozen
v/l - on track
e-gym - cardio/floor work
Have a wonderful day!!

They used to play David Gray quite a bit on my local station when I was up in boulder. I am a big fan of the singer/songwriter aspect...my godfather owned a record store when I was growing up and he called them "balladeers" which always make me thing of troubadours and old timey things. I love it.

Me too!! I am hands down, heart and soul a HUGE fan of the singer/songwriter genre. Topping the list is James Taylor. I could go on all day!!

morning everyone! a fast drop-in again today...I've been having to leave early a few days during the week for dentist appointments and then taking Story trick or treating yesterday so I have a lot of work to catch up on. I will need to come back later this week to read everything once I get caught up!
Trick or treating was great yesterday and the weather could not have been better. it was a wonderful Halloween!
QOTD: I love this band called "sleepytime gorilla museum" and another called "faun fables" which both include a husband/wife duo from Oakland CA. they are amazing musicians and artists and super good people, I've had the opportunity to actually meet and talk to a handful of times. they are so talented and also really down to earth and their music does something to me. The lead singer, Nils even remembers me by name when I see them and it's really cool!
B: coffee w/sf creamer, greek L&F yogurt, handful of red grapes
L: leftover turkey crust pizza
S: 2 light string cheese
D: leftovers of something- maybe spaghetti squash/turkey sausage again or meatloaf w/ mixed veg.
