Whats on your Easter Sunday menu RNYers?
Quick post from me as it' nearly time to get ready for church and dinner at the inlaws. Lily and I have our 3.3 miles in and will do more later. Yesterday stepwise accountability was good--over 11,000 steps but food stunk because of 3 mini candy bars. Weight today 124.4. Todays a new day though. Heres food for today B1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz ham and 1/4 c green beans D 4 oz crab salad S if needed 2 oz pork rinds with 1 T salsa. Have a great day everyone!
Happy Passover and Happy Easter for those who celebrate.
Family day today, lots for food. I will try to make good choices, I have a plan!
Time out: 2 y, 7 mo
QOTD: when you are faced with a function with many food choices, best and worst, do you have a plan? do you stick to it? how do you stick to it? We bring everything into the dining room, and make our choices buffet style. I choose then leave the room. I only re-enter to cleanup. I seriously can't be around it all without blt's.
Today will be protein forward, with coffee!

Going to my moms for Easter so it's going to be lots of food, but I am determined to be good!
B: premier protein shake
L: moms having prime rib, mashed potatoes and green beans. No potatoes for me though and no dessert since she always fixes some elegant dessert.
D: probably a salad topped with chicken breast. Keeping it light after a big lunch.
S: doubt I'll be hungry, but if so I'll just have some fruit, a few almonds or a Greek yogurt.
Happy Easter to everyone who celebrates!

Good morning, everybody. We had nice trip to Park City to look at the University of Utah, hear about their engineering program and fish. I will post pictures on Friday. Dining with a 17 year old boy for a few days was not great for my choices though. Nachos Saturday and Pizza Friday were the main culprits. I did avoid and sweets so partial good news.
QOTD: We are going to brunch this afternoon. I will try and stick to the protein items (seafood and meat). I will probably have a bite of potato if it looks really good, but try and keep a zero tolerance on dessert - sweets are just a spiral for me.
47 burpees, plus 6 more to commemorate my 53rd birthday.
Breakfast: Protein bar
Brunch: Ham, shrimp, crab
Snack: Light and fit
Dinner: leftover steak maybe
Have a great day, all
