No reason to be ashamed as regain happens to many. Just this year I regained 15 pounds but in the last few months I've lost 12 of them.Just get right back on track and make better choices.

Happy Thursday!!

My Instant Pot died a horrible death yesterday. I accidentally bumped it into the glass top range burner knob and the burner turned on HIGH. Thankfully I was still at the sink, so I smelled it quickly. Still trying to acclimate to apartment life and limited counter space, and no gas cooking method. I did learn that there are thousands of others who have done the same thing! New one on the way...

QOTD: Karen, I agree, fresh summer tomatoes are the best

Instant Pot murderer Nothin' much worse than killing one's instant pot except for maybe, one's air fryer. I could live a day or 2 without the IP but my air fryer, now that would be horrendous!!! Yay for a new one on the way.
