The royal family is so relatable, right?

We made it over the hump! Well, I think I did, anyway... would you believe I woke up with a brand new cold? I CANNOT believe this is happening! But on the plus side, I really liked wearing my glasses all day. Do you know how many signs and things to see there are at the train station, lol? I probably looked like a lost tourist, standing frozen and staring at everything :) I also went to a training all morning and could see the powerpoint projection. It's all so exciting!

Accountability: All good until my sweetie made me a grilled cheese last night. It was so yummy, but it ended up giving me a tummy ache afterwards, so I guess it wasn't worth the calories or the pain. But it was still hella good, haha.

QOTD: Let's get an NSV Round Up! The scale hasn't moved significantly for me in awhile, but my clothes are fitting better every day. Yesterday I (comfortably) wore a pair of pants that didn't even zip up at the end of the last school year!

My menu is too up in the air to post. I am meeting with a principal at 1pm and she asked me to pick up lunch for us before I came, but didn't tell me where she wanted it from, so I can't even guess. And I will have to base calories from dinner off of what happens at lunch, so I don't have a lot to post... (also apparently I posted a Thursday menu off of MFP yesterday? I was so confused this morning...)

You're in California, right? It is super early there because the sun isn't even up here on the east coast yet!

Yay for zipping pants up that didn't fit at the end of last school year!

QOTD: My NSV is that my size 4 pants still fit me even with my bit of regain. Another NSV is my DH bought my favorite candy yesterday and it is in my school bag and will shortly arrive in the teacher's room where it will stay until someone else eats it all. I was so mad at him because he knows I don't want to eat candy and junk food but he brought it home anyway. I am proud of the respect I have for myself by not eating it.

B: low sugar oatmeal with milk

L: Never any chicken

D: leftover veggie beef soup

I have my MRI after school. It is the first time I have had one since losing 100 pounds and I bet I won't feel as claustrophobic in the tube!

Happy Friday Eve!
