I'm a former member who had RNY in 2005. I have recently retired and I want to focus now on my health and fitness. I have had health problems for the past 2 years and I am doing what I can to get well. I have had issues with with iron, had infusions, and and have recently had stomach and duodenum inflammation. I am working with my doctors to remedy these problems. My goal it to get back to feeling well and energetic as I was before. I want to start eating healthier. I'd like to lose 20 to 30 pounds as well. I had originally went from 358#s to 175#s. My new goal is to get and maintain under 200#s. I'm 5'8" and am at 224#s.
There was a problem with your post that prevented anyone from being able to reply. Our IT Is looking into this and has resolved this issue with a workaround and people will now be able to reply to you.
