Thanks everyone! The injection went ok. My left leg is kind of numb and my blood sugars are sky high. Had a spike of over 300. It made me feel like **** Have some berberine so hopefully that'll help.

I hope the injection is very, very helpful after all that! Great pictures too.

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee, water

Lunch - Thai rice (plain) with avocado butter, veggie soup. Apple, 1/2 bagel with hummus

Snack - Yogurt with chia seeds

Snack - triscuits with vegan chao cheese, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes

Dinner - Something small, if anything. Maybe PB&J, plus some sliced veggies.

JB, congrats on the offer. I don't really know your neighborhood except for playing golf at Thorny Lea a couple of times (nice course), but it sure looks like a good investment property.

Hopefully, it closes quickly and you net a treat from the deal.

Everybody seems to have brought their A game today: side by side pictures, graphics, waterfront views, etc. Sadly, I cannot keep up the pace with you guys today.

We have our virtual gala for CASA tonight. Its going to be a 45 minute presentation and they dropped off two bottles of wine and a cheese plate for everybody *****gisters. One of the bottles is a Portugese Rose, which is glowing an awkward Red Kool-Aid color in our refrigerator. This follows our normal 5:30 work happy hour, so I need to pace myself.

I had Costco Pizza yesterday for the first time since shutdown. You have to take it to your car to eat it, but it was yummy.

QOTD: I saw Sebastian Maniscalco at an event a couple of years ago and he was very funny.

Breakfast: sausage and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein Bar

Lunch: Hello Fresh

Snack: nuts

Dinner: cheese and oddly glowing Rose

Costco is one of my firm's clients and whenever I have to go for a meeting, my assistant (when we were in the office) makes me bring back pizza!

Does the pizza give you RH?, because having to watch everybody else eat it would be so hard!
