Good morning ~ Great news about your bestie but sorry to hear she had to go through all of that. Your girls weekend sounds like just the ticket. I was excited to wake up early today and work out but that didn't happen - I was sleeping so deep, like I didn't know who or where I was deep. When the alarm was went off at 4, I auto-snoozed until after 5. I'm mad at myself now. Lots to do at work today and a work out to get in tonight still. Ever have a staff person leave and you're bummed because they were great but then you realize how many unit problems will resolve with their departure and your happy? Yeah, that's happening.

QOTD - I'm a go-along-with-er for the most part. I'm pretty flexible/easy going that way.

Accountability - I was showing my son all the protein products I've collected recently and we had a tasting of all the things. He went home with most of them and some went in the trash. The things I can work with taste/macro-wise I kept, which were very few. I get obsessed which is easy to do when on liquids for so long but I'm over it for now.

Oh god no protein bars were harmed! Some savory snacks of not great macros like keto ratios, weird tasting snacks w/no flavor or terrible texture.

Good mornin folks, hope y'all's week is off to a good start.

I'm so tired of my brother and SIL that I could scream. Pure laziness in the wild my friends. I knew my brother was lazy but it's gotten worse. Thankfully therapy starts for my brother today. Tomorrow for my SIL. I'm weary over it helping but I do hope it will. I know I've said it but I've never seen two lazier people in my life. My SIL sits and picks her nose EVERYWHERE and then looks at it like it's a fine specimen. So gross. I'm just completely grossed out by her. Sorry to be so hmmm honest? I just don't have many places I can gripe about them!

Today we are going over to their house around 12 and we're just going to haul off trash. I am in a constant state of pissed off lol

QOTD: I don't have any local friends or the ability to travel. So I don't need to worry about either. The last big trips I took were planned by my friends because it's where they lived. I liked not having to worry.

I am the planner. I am leaving in the morning for my trip on the Rocky Mountaineer, a glass roofed train that travels through the Rocky Mountains. I did all of the planning and gave my friend who is traveling with me a notebook with all the details neatly arranged. So sorry about the knee, I use a walker now when I hurt myself. Crutches are a lot of work and hurt my arms, the walker is much easier for me. At some point I might buy one with a basket for the cat and a built-in seat.
